Sea Creatures
Wet felted with rambouillet wool fiber, silk hankies, various yarns, hand dyed sea creatures, mounted on board in shadow box. Life under the surface of the sea, amazing and precious, was the inspiration for this piece as was the challenge to crate the three dimensional sea creatures.

Bio
<p>A fiber enthusiast from earliest years, I discovered felting in all its various form. I have focused on painting with fiber using wool, silk, embellishing with thread, yarn, rope, beads and all sorts of materials. I am drawn to the natural world around me. Each fiber painting is unique. My work has been shown in local galleries and while I am not a "production" artist, I delight in the appreciation of my work.</p>
