Lunar Symbiosis
Lightning clownfish are an incredible type of anemone fish. Clownfish and anemones live in symbiosis, meaning they mutually benefit from each other. The anemone protects its sting-immune inhabitants from predators and can sting larger fish for food. In return, the clownish cleans, protects, and fertilizes the anemone, which are fixed in the same location for a lifetime. “Lunar Symbiosis” captures this iconic relationship underneath the full moon in a fantastical juxtaposition of ocean and outer space.
