La Jolla Surfboard
This was an old surfboard that the artist repurposed to make an art piece to be hung on the wall. She likes transforming surfboards that are old or broken into artwork. She prepped the board with plaster, primer and used watercolor and acrylic paint to paint La Jolla Cove. She also applied coats of clear finish to protect the painting. It can be hung using the wire she attached using D-rings on the back or using surfboard wall hangers.

Bio
<p>Isabelle started painting over 20 years ago. She graduated in Product Design, in Brazil, where she was born. She moved to the US in 2012. After that move, she spent her time learning English and teaching arts and crafts in Portuguese on YouTube. She was very successful on YouTube (over 400k subscribers), but in 2018 she became a mom and she slowly decreased the production of videos. She didn’t have any help, so she started using her little free time to improve one skill: painting. Now she sells her artwork, share tutorials on social media, makes painting parties, gives private and group lessons in person and online. </p>
